No, MERAKI operates exclusively online. This allows us to keep our product offerings competitive, made-to-order, and fully customizable. We share product visuals, dimensions, materials, and finish details digitally. For additional images, samples, or material confirmation, our support team is happy to assist.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through bank deposit or online bank transfer only. All order confirmations are processed after the payment is successfully received and verified. At this time, we do not offer cash-on-delivery (COD) or debit/credit card payment options.

3. What is your delivery timeline?

Standard delivery is 7 to 14 working days after production is complete.

• Production time varies by product complexity and volume.

• Local (Pakistan-based) deliveries are handled by trusted courier partners.

• International orders are shipped via air or sea cargo, and timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country.

4. Do you offer refunds?

No, we have a strict no-refund policy.

However, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

• The issue is reported within 3 days of receiving the product.

9. What happens if the product arrives damaged?
