MERAKI – Product Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Replacement

• Product must be eligible under our Exchange/Replacement terms.

• Applies only to defects reported within 3 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused and in original condition with all packaging intact.

2. Valid Reasons for Replacement

• Product damaged during manufacturing (not transit).

• Incorrect item sent compared to your confirmed order.

• Major visible flaws or incorrect specifications (dimensions/material) from what was agreed.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

• Minor variations in texture, color, or finish (natural materials).

• Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor environmental conditions (humidity, water, pests).

• Transit-related damages (courier mishaps) are not MERAKI's responsibility.

4. Process to Request Replacement

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at info@meraki.com.

• Include photos, order number, and a description of the issue.

• Our quality control team will evaluate and provide a resolution within 5–7 working days.

5. Replacement Timeline

• If approved, replacements are scheduled based on current production timelines (generally 7–21 working days).

• You may be required to return the original item to our warehouse (at your own shipping cost).

6. Disclaimer

• All replacement approvals are at the sole discretion of MERAKI's quality assurance team.

• One-time replacement only per product; no repeat claims will be entertained.
