MERAKI – Warranty Claims Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
- All products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering structural manufacturing defects.
- Covered items include wood joinery, frame integrity, hardware, and foam integrity under normal use.
2. What Is Not Covered
- Wear and tear due to normal use, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
- Variations in color, texture, grains, or knots in wood, fabric, or natural stone.
- Damages caused by improper installation, high moisture, pests, or chemical cleaners.
- Any mishandling during courier transit (we are not liable for shipping damages).
3. Filing a Claim
- Claims must be submitted via email at info@meraki.com with clear photographs, invoice details, and a description of the issue.
- You must file the claim within 12 months from the delivery date.
4. Review & Resolution
- Our quality team will review each claim and respond within 5–7 working days.
- If approved, we may offer repair, exchange, or part replacement based on product and damage type.
- In some cases, the customer may be required to ship the item to our workshop at their expense.
5. Limitations & Disclaimer
- Warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from MERAKI.
- Any modification or repair done by a third party voids the warranty.
- No refund policy applies. We offer exchanges only where applicable.
