We are committed to quality craftsmanship using reliable and well-sourced materials. Our furniture is designed to combine durability, comfort, and style. Below is a breakdown of the materials we use and the policies that guide their selection, use, and care.

1. Primary Material Usage

a. Solid Wood Veneer & Engineered Core:

• We use high-quality solid wood veneers pressed over stable engineered wood cores (such as plywood or MDF). This combination offers the look and feel of natural wood while minimizing warping and cracking.

• Veneer species include Oak, Walnut, Teak, and other premium hardwoods, selected based on design and customer preference.

b. Engineered Woods:

Plywood: Used for structure and support, chosen for its strength and moisture resistance.

MDF: Applied in areas requiring a smooth painted finish or consistent surface.

• All engineered woods are chemically treated for termite and swelling resistance.

Note: Wood textures, grains, and colors may vary slightly due to natural characteristics. These are not defects.

c. Natural Stone – Marble & Travertine:

• Select furniture pieces may feature natural marble or travertine tops or inlays.

• Each slab is unique in pattern, tone, and veining. Minor natural imperfections are considered part of the aesthetic and not defects.

• Marble and travertine require gentle care. Avoid acidic cleaners, always use coasters, and clean with a soft damp cloth.

2. Upholstery & Padding Materials

a. Foam & Fillings:

• We use ISO-certified high-density foams, ranging from 32–50 density based on item type (seating, backrest, mattress).

• Premium items may include rebounded foam or pocket springs for added comfort.

• We do not use recycled or second-grade foam in any product.

b. Fabrics & Covers:

• Locally sourced velvets, jute, suede, cotton blends, and linen fabrics.

• Imported options (e.g. Turkish velvet, leatherette) available upon request.

• Fabric characteristics (color, thread thickness, weave) may vary slightly between batches.

3. Finishes & Accessories

a. Polish & Paint:

• We use PU, NC lacquer, melamine, and water-based coatings tailored to each design and material type.

• All finishes are for indoor use only. Exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, or outdoor conditions may damage the finish and void any material care support.

b. Metal Components:

• We incorporate brass, powder-coated steel, and galvanized iron where design and structure demand.

• Brass detailing may be featured in handles, inlays, or decorative hardware for a premium finish.

• All metal elements are sourced from trusted suppliers and treated to reduce corrosion and tarnishing.

c. Hardware & Accessories:

• Soft-close drawer systems, imported hinges, steel screws, and magnetic catches are used in all functional components.

• Handles and knobs are selected to match both design and durability requirements.

4. Material Substitution & Availability

• In the rare event of raw material shortages, we may use equivalent or superior alternatives that match the design, finish, and function.

• Customers will be notified in case of major substitutions or delays.

5. Custom Material Requests

• You may request custom upholstery, polish colors, or even material upgrades before order confirmation.

• Extra charges and lead times apply for imported fabrics, rare woods, or personalized finishes.

6. Care Guidelines

Wood: Clean with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid water and harsh chemicals.

Fabric: Vacuum regularly. Avoid sitting with wet clothes.

Metal: Wipe with a damp cloth; avoid abrasives.

Polished Surfaces: Use coasters or placemats to protect from heat and stains.

Marble/Travertine: Clean with pH-neutral cleaner and soft cloth. Avoid bleach and acidic solutions.

7. Disclaimer

• All materials are used in accordance with standard industry practices and quality checks.

• Minor imperfections in handmade finishes or natural materials are not covered under our exchange policy.

• We are not liable for damage due to misuse, improper care, or environmental conditions like humidity or pests.
