Warranty Information
Quality craftsmanship deserves quality assurance. Every piece we create comes with our commitment to structural excellence.
1. Warranty Coverage:
• Warranty applies only to structural components (frame, joints, base) for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery.
• It does not cover wear and tear, fabric, polish, scratches, stains, or damage caused by misuse, moisture, improper care, or alterations.
2. What's Not Covered:
• Natural aging of wood or veneer (e.g., color changes, slight warping)
• Finish fading due to sunlight or cleaning chemicals
• Damage from mishandling, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications
• Issues arising during courier transit (we are not responsible for third-party mishaps)
3. Claim Process:
• Claims must be submitted via WhatsApp or emailwith photos and proof of issue.
• Our team will review and confirm if the warranty applies. If approved, we will offer free repair or replacementof the affected structural component.
4. Warranty Limitations:
• Warranty is void if the item has been relocated, exposed to improper conditions, or shows signs of misuse.
• Warranty applies only within Pakistan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
