Order Cancellation Policy
• All products are made-to-order. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations once payment has been received.
• Customers must carefully review their order details before confirming and making the bank deposit.
Before Payment
• You may cancel your order without penalty if payment has not yet been made.
• Orders not paid within 48 hours will be automatically canceled.
After Payment
• Once payment is confirmed and the order is in production, cancellations are not allowed under any circumstances.
• No refunds will be issued for paid orders, even if production has not yet started.
Customer Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, sizes, colors, and delivery details before placing the order.
• Mistakes or changes requested after payment cannot be accommodated.
Right to Refuse Orders
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to pricing errors, unavailable materials, or violation of our policies.
• In such cases, the customer will be informed and a refund may be considered, if applicable.
