Custom Furniture & Made-to-Order Policy
• All products sold are custom-made upon order. We do not hold inventory.
• Production only begins after full payment is received via bank deposit.
• Production timelines vary based on product type, order volume, and availability of materials.
Payments
• We accept bank deposits only. Cash on delivery is not available.
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours of order placement to confirm and begin processing.
• Failure to make timely payment will result in automatic order cancellation.
Delivery & Shipping
• Delivery timelines are estimated and begin after production is complete.
• We use Pakistani courier services for local shipping and international couriers for global orders.
• We are not liable for courier mishandling, delays, or damages after dispatch.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
• No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
• Exchanges are allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect products received.
• You must report any such issue within 48 hours of delivery with valid photo evidence.
Limitation of Service
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, unavailability, or misuse of our services.
• We may limit quantities per household or per order based on our discretion.
